The Role

As an Infant Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our littlest learners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a nurturing environment that promotes healthy emotional and social development in infants.
  • Implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters cognitive, physical, and language development through age-appropriate play and exploration.
  • Building strong relationships with infants, parents, and fellow teachers through open communication and trust.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment that ensures the infant classroom is safe and conducive to optimal learning and well-being.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a positive impact on infant development.
  • An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or a High school diploma/GED with experience in a licensed childcare setting).
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or a willingness to obtain).
  • Patience, kindness, and creativity to work with infants in a calm and supportive manner.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to build positive relationships with parents and work effectively within a team environment.
