Senior Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Supervisor - Water Services Sector

Morrison Water Services, a prominent player in the water services industry, is in search of a highly qualified and experienced Senior EC&I Supervisor to enhance our dynamic workforce. Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire, lead, and oversee a team of technicians, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and strict adherence to safety standards.
  • Offer mentorship and support to team members, cultivating a positive work atmosphere and encouraging a culture of ongoing improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, ensuring their successful execution within established timelines and budgetary limits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project workflows, resolve challenges, and maintain effective communication.
  • Enforce quality standards and procedures to guarantee that all work complies with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols, fostering a secure work environment for all personnel.
  • Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and risk assessments, implementing safety initiatives to reduce workplace hazards.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for motivating and inspiring others.
  • Proven project management skills, with a history of successful project completions.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, focused on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work outside of standard business hours, if necessary.
