Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing electrical systems for industrial, municipal, healthcare, commercial, retail, and educational clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, access control, network, and instrumentation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop construction documents (calculations, drawings, and specifications) for electrical systems.
  • Supervise and mentor junior electrical engineers and designers.
  • Conduct field investigations to gather data and information.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Provide construction administration services to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Architectural/Engineering (A/E) consulting industry.
  • Experience in designing electrical systems for water and wastewater facilities.
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code, International Building Codes, and Energy Codes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Design Master Electrical, Microsoft Office products, Easy Power arc flash hazard analysis software, and lighting design software.
