Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our clinic team as a Clinic Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining daily operations, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Provide administrative support to the manager, including coordinating schedules and meetings, and participating in training and in-services for clinical staff.
- Order departmental and medical supplies, and ensure equipment maintenance and repair.
- Monitor quality control standards, including immunization logs, waived testing, and drug sample logs.
- Resolve less complicated patient, staff, and physician issues, and assist with evaluating associate performance.
- Report any associate non-compliance with approved policies to the manager.
- Monitor associate work schedules and PTO requests, ensuring adequate staff coverage.
- Assist staff as needed, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Implement job responsibilities in a manner consistent with the CHRISTUS Mission and Code of Ethics.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Excellent computer knowledge and skills, including data input and abstracting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Registered Nurse license and CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.
