Job Summary

CNO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Sr Investment Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Investment Operations group, you will be responsible for providing direct support to mid-level business or functional leaders and identifying process improvements and value-added project work while maintaining business continuity and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and adherence of controls within the Investment Operations group and assist in certain investment operations processes.
  • Ensure SOX key controls are adhered to, design and implement new internal controls as needed.
  • Work with internal and external auditors regarding Investment Operation internal controls and testing work.
  • Interface with portfolio managers, traders, custodians, broker dealers in support of investment decisions.
  • Provide detailed analytical and evaluative review of investment data.
  • Conduct Fixed Income and Option trade processing.
  • Perform mortgage loan set-up and payment processing.
  • Complete collateral review and processing.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Oracle BI skills.
  • Familiarity with investment systems such as Bloomberg, WSO Markit.
  • Understanding of and experience with SOX internal controls.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to work in office at our Carmel, IN office.
