Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Executive Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director in the overall leadership, management, and success of our community. This includes financial management, sales and marketing, recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching of a high-quality team, as well as providing recognition and creating an engaged culture for your team members, residents, and families.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Sales and marketing, including developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching of a high-quality team, including hiring, performance management, and daily operations supervision
  • Providing recognition and creating an engaged culture for your team members, residents, and families
  • Demonstration of success in managing operating expenses and achieving financial goals
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new applications
