Job Summary

Mental Health Association is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Masters Level Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide clinical services to patients required to complete a Court or RMV mandated driver alcohol educational program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Conduct mid-point evaluations and exit interviews to assess patient progress and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with referring probation officers, courts, and/or the Department of Motor Vehicles to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide documentation and written reports to support patient care and program evaluation.
  • Participate in on-going curriculum development to ensure the program remains relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience and proficiency in understanding treatment and recovery from substance use disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, caring, and compassion.
  • Cheerful, outward-going personality.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, prioritize tasks, take initiative, follow through, and work cooperatively as a member of a team.
  • Good oral, written, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with local community resources.
