Senior Customer Care Manager

Role Responsibilities:
The Senior Customer Care Manager oversees the daily operations and financial performance of multiple retail locations within our organization. This role encompasses site management, sales strategy, customer engagement, and team leadership.
Key Duties:
1. Educate and assist customers regarding our product offerings, ensuring their needs are met through comprehensive presentations of available options.
2. Engage with customers using effective listening techniques to clarify information and resolve complaints amicably.
3. Elevate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
4. Provide accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries related to applications, services, and transactions, adhering to all regulatory and operational guidelines.
5. Manage cash handling processes, including maintaining a secure cash drawer, preparing deposits, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
6. Conduct customer verifications to confirm the accuracy of information provided.
7. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as company policies.
8. Facilitate training and development initiatives to help the team achieve performance metrics.
9. Maintain staff schedules and provide support across locations as needed.
10. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new Customer Service Representatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, and cash management roles.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while providing leadership.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a call center, retail, or office environment.
- Prolonged periods of standing and extensive cash handling.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the assigned district as needed.
