Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Ste. Michelle Wine Estates to assigned chain accounts, effectively communicating our brand plans and objectives.
  • Execute company plans to achieve desired results for depletion and PODS, driving sales and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and implement programs that drive in-store programming and sales.
  • Develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers at major customers, becoming a preferred supplier and trusted partner.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare forecasts for budgets and depletions, ensuring accurate planning and execution.
  • Communicate results and progress to executive management, ensuring alignment and execution of company initiatives.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree required.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the alcohol beverage industry, preferably with chain retail experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of category management tools, such as IRI and Nielsen.
  • Ability to work independently, with moderate travel and occasional evenings and weekends.
