Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, Flexible Spending Account, Short Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance. Our 401(k) plan also comes with a competitive Match program.
Job Description
As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing safe and respectful care to our senior residents. Your duties will include assisting with all aspects of resident care, maintaining confidentiality, notifying Resident Care Coordinator/Executive Director/RN of changes in condition, and participating in activities when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in English, and familiarity with working with elderly populations. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary as we are willing to train. You must also be capable of taking accurate vital signs and weights, lifting up to 40 pounds, and keeping current on First Aid/CPR certifications.
