Seize the opportunity to lead a team of ICU caregivers at Bay Area Hospital, serving the community of Coos Bay, Oregon and beyond. As a Critical Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages.

About the Role

As a Pulmonary trained Intensivist, you will oversee lumbar punctures, paracentesis, thoracentesis, EBUS, transbronchial biopsies, endotracheal intubation, central venous and arterial catheter placement, swan ganz, conscious and deep sedation and more.

  • Must have completed a residency program in Internal Medicine, Pulmonology and or Critical Care
  • Must be board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Pulmonology and Critical Care

We offer a range of services including medical, surgical, pediatric, critical care, home health, outpatient and acute inpatient psychiatric, oncology, obstetrics and more. The hospital features a Level III Trauma Center and has an accredited Cardiovascular Imaging Center, Cancer Center, Sleep Study Center, Radiology and Mammography Imaging program and Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery program.

The estimated salary for this position is $**250,000 - $300,000** per year, based on the national average for a Pulmonary trained Intensivist in the United States.
