Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $35,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, Flexible Spending Account, Short Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Caregiver to join our team at Bayside Terrace Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Coos Bay, Oregon. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and fellow employee's information
  • Notify Resident Care Coordinator/Executive Director/RN of resident changes of condition
  • Assist with all aspects of resident care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Participate in activities and events to promote resident engagement and well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
