Job Summary:

A Certified Residential Medical Aide is needed to ensure the well-being of residents through proper medication management at Norway Center for Health & Rehabilitation. This role involves administering prescribed medications, performing nursing assistant responsibilities, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Recording and documenting medication administration and resident responses
- Monitoring residents for any adverse reactions or side effects
- Collaborating with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication management
- Assisting with other resident care tasks as needed, following protocols and procedures

Requirements:

- Valid state certification as a Medication Assistant
