The Security Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall security of hotel guests and assets. This role involves monitoring assigned patrol areas, responding to alarms and medical calls, and conducting internal investigations into incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and Security: Patrol the property as required to ensure the security of hotel guests and assets.
  • Emergency Response: Act as the property's first responder to alarms, medical calls, and other emergencies, maintaining absolute confidentiality on sensitive issues.
  • Incident Investigation: Conduct detailed internal investigations into incidents, providing detailed, objective reports for each shift or incident.
  • Safety and Security: Detect and resolve immediate safety issues, respond to the scene of an incident, and act as an emergency first responder if required.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate notes and log information as required, ensuring that all pass-on information is communicated to the next shift.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Company Image and Vision: Maintain the company image and vision statement.
  • Financial Management: Make optimal use of financial resources.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and encourage the personal development of all associates.

Qualifications

  • Credentials and Certifications: Must possess required valid professional credentials (if required by state or local regulations), valid certification in CPR/AED and first aid, or the ability to obtain certification.
  • Driving Record: Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving background/criminal history record.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills in English.
