Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
  • Architecture and Design: Develop and implement technical architectures that meet business requirements, leveraging expertise in Communications Cloud, Order Management, and Industries CPQ.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with client architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business outcomes into well-architected technical solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor diverse teams, including customer and partner resources, in the delivery of complex, multi-cloud programs and projects.
  • Technical Documentation: Create, review, and approve technical documentation, including business capability maps, gap analysis, customer lifecycles, and technical roadmaps.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years as an architect designing complex technical solutions, with expertise in Communications Cloud and related technologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards, such as TMForum and MEF.
  • Consulting Experience: 5+ years of telecommunications consulting experience, including implementation experience with common enterprise software solutions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile implementation methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively develop and present technical materials to various audiences.
