Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce practice, you will design and implement advanced Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive technical architecture documentation and best practices.
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across all Salesforce projects.
  • Leverage OmniStudio tools to create guided processes, data models, and OmniScripts.
  • Design and implement Experience Cloud solutions to create engaging customer and partner portals.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce advancements in OmniStudio and Experience Cloud.
  • Lead technical design sessions, providing expert guidance on best practices and solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
  • Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Design and implement integration strategies between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies.
  • Develop custom applications and workflows to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions, addressing any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture and Development.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations.
  • Salesforce Architect certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
Location and Compensation

Role Location: Annual Salary Range:

California $131,100 to $302,400

Colorado $131,000 to $261,300

District of Columbia $139,600 to $278,200

New York $121,400 to $302,400

Maryland $121,400 to $241,900

Washington $139,600 to $278,200
