Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Controls & Automation Engineer to join our team at Agile Resources, Inc. as a Senior Controls Engineer. This is a dynamic and professional environment where you will have the opportunity to drive innovation across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & Commission: Design, install, and commission plant controls and automation systems, focusing on PLC programming, HMI development, and MES data collection.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for controls and automation activities, utilizing our HELP Desk system.
  • Design & Specification: Create and enforce process control standards, including control system architecture, control panels, and communication protocols.
  • Collaboration: Partner with and direct third-party controls engineering partners to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Controls & Automation Engineering, ideally within the Food & Beverage or Consumer Goods industry.
  • Expertise in HMI development, especially within Wonderware (Aveva) Archestra System Platform, including graphic creation, tag setup, and more.
  • Experience with Wonderware MES or similar MES platforms.
  • Familiarity with designing and specifying process control panels.
  • Strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and an excellent computer skills set (MS Office).
