Core Responsibilities:
  • Apply engineering principles to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for operational enhancements concerning safety, quality, and cost
  • Conduct feasibility assessments, estimate expenses, and formulate engineering criteria for project development
  • Ensure project compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations
  • Engage in technical initiatives to define manufacturing processes for new offerings
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical, food, or similar manufacturing industries
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma practices
  • Note: No immigration sponsorship is available for this position
Desirable Qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience in chemical, food, or related manufacturing sectors
  • Master's Degree in an Engineering field
  • Experience in World-Class manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
