Financial Planning Director

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and providing key business insights to drive growth and profitability. This position requires a seasoned financial professional with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and forecasts for the organization.
- Provide analytical support to senior management and the board of directors on key business decisions.
- Manage and lead a team of financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Conduct industry and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for revenue and profitability improvement.
- Develop and implement business cases for corporate capital projects.
- Assess lease disclosures and conduct impairment analyses to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration of targets or divestitures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- 7-10 years of relevant budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and accounting experience in a large corporate environment.
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Knowledge of financial planning and reporting applications, such as Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, PeopleSoft, SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, Adaptive/Workday, Oracle, IBM, etc.
- Ability to manage team members and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
