Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for quarterly projections and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
  3. Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, and at least seven years' relevant professional experience are required. A certified public accountant (CPA) or master's degree is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote schedule in Bethesda, MD 20814. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
