Job Title: Deputy Director, Financial Planning

Job Summary:

The National Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Director, Financial Planning to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization, functional areas, grants, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly spending reports to decision-makers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information for quarterly projections.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and at least seven years' relevant professional experience.
  • Certified public accountant (CPA) or master's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate and organize data.
  • Strong communication skills and advanced strategic thinking skills.
