Description:

You will be a key member of our Cyber Systems Security Engineering team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for our weapon systems. Our organization oversees all aspects of Anti-Tamper and embedded Cybersecurity across Missiles and Fire Control.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity solutions for DoD systems, utilizing domain knowledge and expertise in systems security engineering.
  • Lead diverse teams of cybersecurity engineers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the security posture of our weapon systems.
  • Develop and maintain test equipment hardware and/or software supporting the security posture of Weapon System hardware, sub-systems, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Previous leadership experience is required for this position.
  • Experience working within the DoD systems development life-cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience leading diverse teams of Cybersecurity engineering.
  • Experience supporting validation and verification of security requirements on DoD systems.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience developing embedded DoD National Security Systems (NSS) requiring Systems Security Engineering implementations.
  • Design experience through the DoD systems development life-cycle (SDLC) developing embedded system security solutions for DoD weapon or tactical systems.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Exposure to embedded system vulnerability scanning and Software Assurance (SwA) activities.
  • Possess an approved DoD 8570 baseline certification for IAM Level II (CISSP, CAP, etc.).
