Community Pool Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pool Attendant to join our team at RHP Properties. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our community pool, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the community pool and surrounding area on a daily basis.
- Enforce all pool safety rules and regulations, and monitor residents during pool hours to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Perform regular supply inventories to advise management of needed equipment and supplies.
- Record and maintain a log of residents' pool usage.
- Ensure the pool maintains local codes and policies for operation, and submit a monthly pool operations report to the Community Manager.
- Close the pool during signs of threatening weather.
- Obtain state certifications as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous lifeguard experience and First Aid/CPR training are preferred.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Certified proof of 18+ years of age is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- The ability to tolerate exposure to various pool/hot tub chemicals is necessary.
- The ability to recognize problems and respond appropriately and quickly is crucial.
- The ability to swim and maintain alertness at all times is required.
- The ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, and in life-saving emergencies, may lift in excess of 100 pounds.
This is a temporary opportunity with competitive compensation.
