Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Registered Nurse to join our team at Capital Health. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality patient care through effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans that address their unique requirements.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote informed decision-making and self-care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's)
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
  • Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a critical care area (ICU, CCU, ED, etc.)
  • CPR certification (BLS) and ACLS certification (if assigned to a critical care area)

Estimated Salary: $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
