We offer an estimated salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Critical Care Nursing Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex medical conditions. Your duties will include:

  • Assessing patient condition during admission and throughout their stay, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care

You will also have the opportunity to participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest best practices in critical care nursing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid RN license in Virginia or a Compact State
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Advanced cardiac life support certification within six months of hire
  • One year of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a hospital setting
