Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Providence Home Health in Spokane Valley, WA. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the rehabilitation of patients in their homes.

About the Role:
The LPN will assist the Registered Nurse in planning and delivering nursing care, educating patients on self-care, and promoting overall well-being. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $24.54 - $38.27 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the RN in developing treatment plans and implementing care strategies.
- Provide education and support to patients on managing chronic conditions and preventing complications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Perform routine medical procedures, administer medications, and provide wound care as needed.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year recent hospital, nursing home or home health experience.
