Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our customers, including record-keeping, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with technical support tasks, such as troubleshooting minor issues with the telecom system and maintaining office equipment.
  • Manage correspondence, including intra-office communications and preparation of reports, letters, and memoranda.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel documents, as needed.
  • Assist with budget preparation and tracking, including quarterly and annual budget projections.
  • Provide day-to-day office management, including inventory management, supply ordering, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for minor programs, such as travel cards, building badges, and identification cards.
  • Assist with training programs, including data collection and report preparation.
  • Perform other administrative and technical support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant administrative and technical support experience.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as a good command of the English language.
  • Trained and proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
