Position Overview:

This position involves providing essential on-site support for clients, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer systems. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Compensation: Pay Range: $21 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and a 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site support to clients, including system installation and repair.
  • Conduct quality checks on system equipment prior to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware installation and maintenance issues.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel for further action.
  • Provide networking support as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field support.
  • Proficient in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 operating system.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
  • Ability to configure new PCs and notebooks using SCCM imaging.
  • Experience with ticket management systems.
  • Knowledge of iOS devices.
  • Basic networking knowledge to collaborate with network engineers.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment.
  • Experience with walk-up kiosk support and vending/locker resupply.
  • MAC iOS experience is a plus but not mandatory.
