Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our healthcare operations team at HealthWays Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our company's work plan, ensuring alignment with our resource center goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make strategic decisions to drive project activities and outcomes, in collaboration with our finance department.
  • Develop and finalize plans for data tracking and collection to meet HRSA reporting requirements, with support from our data coordinator.
  • Coordinate and submit disparity statements, strategic plans, logic models, and sustainability plans, with support from our data coordinator.
  • Monitor referral workflows with consortium members and referral partners.
  • Review and submit required HRSA reports and attend in-person HRSA meetings.
  • Attend annual technical assistance workshops.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of paid office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or addiction program.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
