Job Description

The Operations Analyst role is designed to support senior leadership within the operations group in completing projects within the operations division and providing analytical and project management support to ongoing operations, performance improvement, and budget recovery initiative projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leadership, often in a project manager role, and report project updates at senior leadership meetings.

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working with senior leadership to support the organization's budget recovery initiatives, including staffing project teams and project management activities.
  • Conducting financial and operations analysis, including benchmarking and productivity analysis.
  • Preparing financial reports on budget recovery initiatives.
  • Assisting senior leadership within the operations group relative to ongoing operations and performance improvement activities.
  • Completing quality improvement work as opportunities are identified.
  • Resolving issues identified during leadership rounding.
  • Developing communication for town hall meetings and other events as requested.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 3 years of previous or related experience.

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. The salary range is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
