Hospice House Nursing Assistant

Position Overview
The Hospice House Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides personal care services to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional comfort. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities and providing support to ensure their comfort, dignity, and quality of life during the end-of-life journey.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care services to patients in the Hospice House
- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Provide support to ensure patients' comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Washington State
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable personal transportation and current and valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Satisfaction of state and agency requirements for Tuberculin screening
- Hepatitis B immunization series, proof of series, or signed declination
- Proof of applicable Vaccination(s) on file or approved accommodation/declination as appropriate on file
- Must pass a criminal background screening and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
