We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team at Interim HealthCare Inc. As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will provide end-of-life care to patients and their families, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial status
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), patients, and families
  • Manage pain and other symptoms, ensuring patients' comfort and well-being

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina or compact multi-state license
  • Twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years
  • One (1) year of hospice care experience preferred
