We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Director. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading our team of physical therapists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and oversight to our physical therapy team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Patient Care: Conduct new-patient evaluations and exams, assess physical activity limitations, and diagnose patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation: Plan, prepare, and administer skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders, referrals, prescriptions, and current standards of care.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among our physical therapy staff, promoting open communication and a shared commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Education and Licensure: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program and current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, with a strong background in vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient populations.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
