The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring product quality through statistical methods, inspection protocols, and detailed checklists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections and sampling to identify quality issues and recommend corrective measures.
  • Maintain accurate inspection documentation and measurement reports.
  • Take decisive action upon discovering defects.
  • Engage directly with production staff in a hands-on capacity.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills essential for this interactive role.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Safety-focused mindset.
  • Steel-toed boots are mandatory due to the nature of the work environment.

Compensation / Pay Rate: Up to $20.00 per hour
