Position Summary: Northland is seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Specialist to enhance our operations. This role is pivotal in providing an outstanding customer experience to both current residents and potential tenants. Key responsibilities encompass apartment leasing, conducting tours for prospective residents, ensuring resident satisfaction, and implementing community-focused marketing strategies. Daily tasks will involve managing incoming and outgoing communications, balancing walk-in inquiries with scheduled appointments, and assisting the onsite team with various duties as required.

Our leasing professionals consistently uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service when interacting with residents, vendors, and guests. To fulfill our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, team members may be required to assist during weekends.

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is essential.
