Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute calibration protocols on a diverse range of pharmaceutical instruments and devices in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
  • Perform quality assurance evaluations to verify adherence to regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Carry out routine servicing and troubleshooting of various machinery to minimize downtime and ensure peak operational performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of calibration, quality assurance, and maintenance activities for compliance and internal review.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to identify and resolve challenges related to equipment efficiency, quality issues, and calibration inconsistencies.
Required Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent professional experience) focusing on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience in calibration, quality assurance, and equipment upkeep within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, GMP) and quality assurance standards pertinent to pharmaceutical production.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
