- Consistently applies Consultative Communication Skills in all member engagements.
- Identifies members' aspirations and assists them in enhancing their financial well-being.
- Actively participates in member outreach through inbound and outbound calling initiatives.
- Serves members through non-branch channels (e.g., contact center, mobile messaging, video, or chat) as required.
- Balances the advantages for both members and the credit union in all interactions.
- Delivers outstanding member service.
- Provides constructive feedback and observations to tellers and universal bankers regarding their member interactions and referrals to optimize team performance.
- Utilizes service recovery strategies when necessary.
- Educates members about convenient service options such as online banking, mobile banking, and ATM access.
- Assists members in utilizing Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) within the branch.
- Conducts account maintenance for existing accounts.
- Performs teller transactions as needed, accurately fulfilling member needs and balancing at the end of each day.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Possession or ability to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
- Minimum of two years in sales or customer service, with one year of lending experience preferred. Higher education in finance, business, or marketing may substitute for experience.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficient in basic business mathematics, including the capability to perform calculations related to dividends, interest, payoffs, equity, and certificate penalties.
- Familiarity with deposit accounts and loan products.
- Ability to listen, assimilate, and resolve issues promptly, employing a member service approach.
- Capacity to adapt swiftly and effectively to changing job responsibilities.
