    8. Provides constructive feedback and observations to tellers and universal bankers regarding their member interactions and referrals to optimize team performance.
    9. Utilizes service recovery strategies when necessary.
    10. Educates members about convenient service options such as online banking, mobile banking, and ATM access.
    11. Assists members in utilizing Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) within the branch.
    12. Conducts account maintenance for existing accounts.
    13. Performs teller transactions as needed, accurately fulfilling member needs and balancing at the end of each day.
Job Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Possession or ability to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
  3. Minimum of two years in sales or customer service, with one year of lending experience preferred. Higher education in finance, business, or marketing may substitute for experience.
  4. Exceptional communication abilities.
  5. Proficient in basic business mathematics, including the capability to perform calculations related to dividends, interest, payoffs, equity, and certificate penalties.
  6. Familiarity with deposit accounts and loan products.
  7. Ability to listen, assimilate, and resolve issues promptly, employing a member service approach.
  8. Capacity to adapt swiftly and effectively to changing job responsibilities.
