Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Imagination Station Inc. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers in the K-12 education sector, ensuring their success with our literacy intervention software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trusted relationships with district leadership, educators, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our software and providing training and resources as needed.
  • Monitor customer adoption trends and sentiment, identifying opportunities for growth and providing data-driven insights to drive usage and implementation.
  • Collaborate with our product team to provide technical advice and feedback, ensuring our software meets the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, using data to drive value and passionately convey the benefits of our software.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in education leadership or customer success.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in the education SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of high renewal rates and achievement of expansion goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in start-up environments a plus.
