Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to identify new business opportunities, forge partnerships, and expand market presence in the state of Arizona.
- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with partners, physician networks, healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive Initiatives for Growth: Drive initiatives to increase patient volume, optimize service lines, and identify additional revenue streams through new services and referral networks.

- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all business development activities adhere to healthcare regulations and compliance standards, mitigating risks for the practice.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success in driving business growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
