Director of Patient Advocacy and Care Services

A dynamic and experienced leader is sought to spearhead the expansion of our clients clinical home health services division in sunny Phoenix, AZ. As the Director of Patient Advocacy and Care Services, you will be responsible for driving growth in private pay models while ensuring the highest quality of care.

In this role, you will develop clinical protocols, lead talented care teams, and cultivate strong relationships with clients, employees, and payors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement top-tier home health services, including cutting-edge private pay models.
  • Champion quality initiatives such as infection control, performance improvement, and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure clinical care delivery meets and exceeds quality standards and compliance regulations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of both home health and private pay services, focusing on efficiency and exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to align on strategic goals and push the mission forward.
  • Lead, mentor, and support both clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Serve diverse patient populations, ensuring Medicaid and private pay clients receive tailored, compassionate care.
  • Drive the growth of service offerings and explore new opportunities for expansion and funding.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative work environment that values professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reporting to track progress and ensure transparency.
  • Represent the organization at community events and build partnerships that enhance the visibility of the Home Health Division.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the CEO/President, complete with insights and action plans.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of leadership experience in a related field.
  • Licensing/Certifications: Unrestricted RN license in Arizona
  • Skills & Abilities: Leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of home health regulations, trends, and service models.
