Job Title: Client Service Representative

At Canon Solutions America, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to client requests and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of site procedure guides to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform device maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than one year of related experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
