The Operations Support team was established to enhance the global Civil supply chain by addressing critical challenges and minimizing risks through established processes and techniques.

In this role, you will assist Supplier Management Teams in implementing and mentoring the Production System to enhance supply chain performance across all levels.

Under the guidance of the Global Head of Operations Support, the team collaborates with designated suppliers or facilities to outline the support program and ensure transparency regarding resources and activities necessary to tackle performance challenges.

The team dedicates its efforts to specific supply chains, leading the execution of the support program and integrating across organizational boundaries to achieve results.

You will be expected to travel domestically up to 75% of the time, with limited international travel for training purposes.

Basic Requirements:
  • Associate degree with 8 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality, or operations, OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality, or operations, OR
  • Master's degree with 4 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality, or operations, OR
  • JD/PhD degree with 2 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality, or operations, OR
  • 10 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality, or operations in lieu of a degree
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible for consideration
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in operational/manufacturing roles, planning & control, program management, engineering, and SMT
  • Familiarity with SAP systems
  • Experience in Project/Program Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
