Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently deliver meals and beverages from the kitchen to patrons, collaborating closely with servers.
  • Complete necessary side work at the beginning and conclusion of each shift.
  • Prepare coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and iced tea as required by business demands.
  • Ensure the server's cooler is stocked with ice.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server line, including surfaces, utensils, and containers.
  • Observe and monitor the dining experience of guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Assist colleagues as needed to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Be prepared to step in and support the restaurant's operations as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of our guests.
  • Strong personal grooming standards.

Requirements:

  • Availability from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, including holidays.
  • Full-time candidates should prioritize Keke's as their main employment.
  • Employees must wear dark blue jeans, a black belt, and black non-slip shoes on their first day.
  • No visible tattoos are permitted while wearing a short-sleeve polo shirt.

Each location operates independently under franchise ownership. Applications will be directed to the franchisee, and hiring decisions are made by the management of each franchise location. All inquiries regarding employment should be directed to the franchise location.
