Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of local market dynamics to identify business development opportunities for all product lines.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers and help the agency grow.
  • Cross-sell and coordinate with agency team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers.
  • Prepare quotations and applications, and deliver effective presentations to close sales.
Qualifications
  • An active insurance license is required.
  • The ability to work independently, plan, set priorities, and organize work effectively.
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.) and digital devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
