Boat Sales Consultant

The Boat Sales Consultant position at Bass Pro Shops is a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their boating and ATV needs, providing information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through training and resources, utilizing this expertise to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Department to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient delivery of products.
- Prepare the showroom daily, ensuring proper signage, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met.
- Manage leads and prospects using the CRM tool, conducting follow-up activities and tasks to maintain customer relationships.
- Participate in special events and accurately complete necessary paperwork throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed individual monthly sales goals, aligned with employment status, hours, and days scheduled.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Ability to calculate figures, communicate effectively, and establish strong working relationships.
- Proficiency in operating computer systems and Point of Sale register systems.
