Role Summary:
This position involves performing a variety of laboratory tests on blood and bodily fluids to identify diseases, monitor treatment effectiveness, and support overall health maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory analyses with precision and accuracy.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for junior staff and assist in their training.
- Uphold high standards of laboratory practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related discipline.
- Certification as MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT is required.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $26.
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts with a requirement to work every third weekend and holidays.
Incentives:
- A sign-on bonus of $6500 is available, contingent upon a two-year commitment.
