Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and oversee the certified nursing assistant training curriculum.
- Monitor, assess, and guide the performance of nursing assistant trainees.
- Assist in the development and execution of orientation and mentoring programs for nursing aides.
- Conduct rounds in patient/resident care areas to ensure high-quality nursing assistant services.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required, with at least one to two years in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
- Completion of a course focused on teaching adult learners, along with experience in instructing adult students or supervising nursing aides.
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $81,000 per year
