- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with branch team members and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with clients.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
- Skills: Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Competitive Salary: $24.01 per hour.
