As a Regional Operations Manager at Roadsurfer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational business at our stations in the US. This includes driving the setup and organization of our stations, managing budgets, and leading station teams to ensure high employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the operational business at our US stations, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining quality standards.
  • Station Setup and Organization: Drive the setup and organization of our stations, including budget management and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead station teams, focusing on employee satisfaction and development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Pricing, Finance, and Marketing, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of multi-site regional management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams in various US states.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of wage and hour laws, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation; proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and ability to quickly master new software programs.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and drive results-oriented teams.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: USD $95,000 - USD $135,000 per year, based on qualifications, experience, and home city.
