About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Billing Coordinator to join our team in Loma Linda, CA. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for managing dental insurance claims and ensuring timely payment processing.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have prior experience in medical or dental billing, with a strong understanding of insurance regulations and procedures. Your duties will include:

  • Billing claims to dental insurances, including PPOs and Medi-cal
  • Analyzing and prioritizing procedures for efficient results
  • Performing calculations and interpreting numbers to ensure accurate claims processing
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and stakeholders
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in front office administration within a medical or dental setting
  • Prior experience with medical terminology, insurance verification, and patient registration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills preferred
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $23.00 per hour. Our benefits package includes:
